Where will I go?….. Aosta
Anna and I decided to spend a different day, to change the air and to know new people. So we took the car and we drove to Aosta!
Aosta…. Last time I have seen this amazing town I was 10 years old and I was with my schoolmates. Today I came back here and I am very curious to see the city of the fondue and of the chocolate, a little town surrounded by the beautiful mountains covered by the snow and thanks to the porta praetoria and to the Roman theatre the city tells about the Roman Augustan age history. Between a glazed chestnuts and hot chocolate we have met many people from the Aosta Valley and each of them was happy to describe the history of their city and the beauties that surround it such as the Mont Blanc and the Gran San Bernardo.
How can I wear in a mountain town? A pair of boots, a coat and a hat
As always when you go to a place that you don’t know you always have doubt about what to wear, what’s more if you are in the mountains …You do not know what the weather will do if cold, heat, rain, it will be sunny? So you have to gear up and dress in layers! Perfect for this place between stone houses and old streets are a pair of black boots and maybe even a little ‘heel. For the day, since we are still in mid-season and the sun is still warm, it is a perfect a t-shirt and a sweater. The evening? Puts one of those coats super trendy and super fashion and if it is very cold add a faux fur vest that will cover you from the mountain air. And to top it all, add a nice hat as you like!
Do you like the outfit?
